“No-Show” Nella Chickens Out of New Mexico’s Most Popular Radio Show
GOP Senate Candidate Bails On Interview After Realizing She’d Have to Answer…Questions?
Nella Domenici—multimillionaire former hedge fund executive and Donald Trump’s hand-picked GOP recruit for Senate who has a reputation for avoiding interviews with the press—abruptly canceled an appearance on News Radio KKOB’s The TJ Trout Show after having reviewed questions the hosts themselves described as “not that difficult,” “easily answerable,” and “reasonable.”
TJ Trout and his crew were kind enough to provide Nella and her team questions in advance, but after realizing she’d have to finally answer questions she’s spent her entire candidacy avoiding, Nella chickened out. On air, TJ Trout and his crew described how Nella bailed on the interview and reviewed the questions they planned on asking. Let’s take a look at some of the questions Nella is to scared to answer for New Mexico voters:
If she supports former President Trump’s candidacy [6:40]
If she believes President Joe Biden was legitimately elected in 2020 [5:35]
Her opinion of Project 2025 [14:25]
Whether or not she considers herself a native New Mexican after choosing to spend most of her life out of state [13:01]
“If Nella Domenici can’t handle a friendly radio interview with reasonable questions she saw in advance, how can we trust her to handle tough decisions and represent New Mexico’s best interests in Washington, DC?” said Democratic Party of New Mexico Spokesperson Daniel Garcia. “Voters deserve transparency and accountability. Her decision to back out of this interview shows she’s out-of-touch and unprepared to serve.”
One of TJ Trout’s listeners put it best:
“If your questions and your show are frightening, or too challenging for her, she should not be running for political office.” [22:04]
