At this point, it’s abundantly clear that spineless Republicans remain determined to push through Trump’s signature billionaires-first “Big Beautiful Bill” regardless of how much it hurts the working class or even how many lives it costs. 

Early this morning, House Republicans passed Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” by a vote of 215-214 that would cut over $1 trillion from social safety net programs and force nearly $500 billion in cuts to Medicare over ten years, while still adding $2.4 trillion to national debt. 

“It is deeply troubling that the New Mexico Senate Republicans and other members of the Republican Party are trying to weaponize the vandalism at the headquarters of their Party against Congresswoman Teresa Leger Fernandez.
