The simple fact is that Paul Pacheco can’t manage money, has gone bankrupt, and racked up enormous personal debt. So how can we trust Pacheco to manage our taxpayer money?

Even worse, this former officer of the law has no respect for the law he pledged to uphold. Pacheco filed a fake police report against his ex-wife, had his business shut down by the Fire Marshall for endangering the public and had another business license revoked.

Pacheco's Continued Mismanagement. In 2008 Pacheco’s home business license was revoked and Pacheco is currently being sued for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.
