Albuquerque, NM - Today in a written letter from Democratic Party of New Mexico attorney David Thomson to NM Secretary of State Dianna Duran, DPNM is calling on Dianna Duran to Cease and Desist and to correct her public statements surround her current "purge" of the voter rolls. 

Recently the NM Secretary of State issued a press release and sent out over 177k mailers instructing eligible New Mexico voters to fill out and return the forms or risk being removed from the voter rolls. This is just another move by the National GOP to suppress and confuse voters and it is a shame that it is happening right her in New Mexico by creating the voter identification requirement that doesn't exist.
