Get the vote out at Oktoberfest!  

Friday and Saturday, Oct. 16-17 Oktoberfest; Democratic Party booth--Chocolates! Flo desparately needs someone willing to take over as chair of this event. The booth is already paid for and a chair is needed to coordinate warm bodies to bake/prepare chocolate items, decorate the booth, to man the booth from 3 to about 8 p.m. Friday and same on Saturday. If any of you, or several of you would like to help with this fun booth, Oktoberfest is great fun and everyone who has worked the booth in the past has enjoyed the event. Last year's top selling items were German Chocolate cake and brownies! Fudge would also work. We will need at least 600 servings of chocolate items. Please call Flo at 257-6783 and let her know if you can help with Oktoberfest, or are willing to take over as chair of that event. She needs our help! The proceeds from Oktoberfest, which has been one of our better money makers, go to our democratic candidates.
