ATTENTION DELEGATES -- INFORMATION ON PRE PRIMARY NOMINATING CONVENTION

Below is information for delegates -- automatic (State Central Committee members), elected delegates, and alternates -- to the DPNM Pre Primary Nominating Convention on March 18 at Highland High School in Albuquerque.  Some documents may still be in the process of being added.  Link below to the listed documents.

1) Letter to Delegates and Alternates to PPC 2006 sent to all delegates and alternates.

2) Secretary of State's letter to Chairman Wertheim qualifying Pre Primary Nominating Convention candidates.

March 17, 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. - James Lewis for State Treasurer sponsoring event for delegates at the International Balloon Museum

March 17th 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. - Gary King hosts open house at his new campaign headquarters.

March 17th 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.- Lemuel Martinez hosts an event in the Hilton Inn, Room 148

March 17th 7:00 p.m -10:00 p.m.- Hospitality Event for Al Kissling, Candidate for Congress, 2nd CD, at the Hilton Hotel

March 17th 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.- Karen Montoya, candidate for Bernalillo County Assessor hosts a Saint Patrick's Day Dance

March 18th at 7:30 a.m. - Geno Zamora. candidate for Attorney General, will be serving coffee and breafast burritos at Highland High School

CALL FOR THE  NEW MEXICO DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRE-PRIMARY CONVENTION

4.      Election of permanent officers of the Convention

6.      Report of Resolutions and Platform Committee

7.      Consideration of proposed platform submitted by the State Resolutions and Platform Committee

8.      Designation of candidates for nomination to statewide office and office of United States Representative pursuant to Section 1-8-21.1 NMSA1978

9.      New Business

10.  Adjournment

Voting:  Balloting shall be according to Section 1-8-21.1 (Subsection C) NMSA1978 and applicable rules of the Democratic Party of New Mexico, which means a single non-secret ballot shall be taken.
