Dear State Central Committee Members:

In accordance with Rule 4-3 of the
Rules of the Democratic Party of New Mexico, I hereby call a meeting of the
State Central Committee for Saturday September 25, 2010.

I am pleased to announce that the
meeting will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico in Congressional District 1.  Our meeting will be held at the Albuquerque
Convention Center in the San Miguel Room, which is located at 401 Second Street
NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.  Registration for
committee members will begin at 8:00 AM and business will begin at 10:00 AM.

For those traveling a distance to
the meeting, we have secured a number of rooms at Hotel Andaluz in Albuquerque
for a special rate of $99 per night. 
Please call Cainan at 1-877-987-9090 before September 15 to make your
reservation and mention that you are with the Democratic Party of New Mexico.

As always, it is very important that
we have a quorum to conduct business. Please be sure to either attend in person
or give your proxy (included in this mailing) to someone from your county.  As the main decision-making body within the
State Party, your participation is crucial to our continued success.
